Jamaican born Primetime Beats is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter. As the principal producer, drummer and keyboard player for Red Ink The Band, he toured nationwide three quarters of a decade with moderate success and produced, recorded and performed on all three of the band’s releases from 2008 - 2016. After touring, he relocated to Los Angeles and focused on music production while working in the Publishing and Film Industry.

His production spans worldwide and can be found on Artist’s albums/singles from Jamaica (Jah Mikes, Luciano) to Britain (Rickstar) and various artists in America. In 2016, Primetime Beats unveiled his debut Album “Sound Scapes: The Instrumental Album” which featured 12 original songs.

After multiple collaborations with artists such as Jah Mikes, City Lights, Radoe DaDreamer, Seven Strings and Gigi, and EntrPryz, Primetime Beats released his second project “EARWAVES” in 2019 which represented his transition from Los Angeles to the East Coast.

Currently, with multiple collaborations in tow, Primetime Beats released his latest instrumental project, “The Life Cycle” on July 2nd, 2021. This project was created after Primetime Beats experienced the lost of family members which inspired the body of work to show his appreciation for life.
